About the Herb:
Chamomile is one of those sweet gentle herbs with multipurpose application. It is a mild nervine and sedative for anxiety and tension. Chamomile is antispasmodic and works well for digestive upset, menstrual cramping, delayed menses, neuralgias. It can also be used for colds and flu in the very early stages as it is a diaphoretic (induces sweat).
Ingredients: Our own fresh chemically-free grown German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
- Aerial parts harvested at peak potency; 75% grain alcohol (1:2)
Suggested Use for adults: 10-30- drops up to 3X daily.
Take alone or add to cold or warm water or a drink.
Shake well before each use. Fresh plant tinctures normally have small amounts of plant-derived sediment.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, or if you are taking medication, have a medical condition, or are about to undergo surgery, consult your doctor before using this supplement. Keep out of children's reach.
